Hot Pastrami Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 lb pastrami
  • 4 havarti cheese
  • 1 pinch coarse grind mustard
  • 8 dill pickles
  • 1/4 onion
  • 8 rye bread

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Divide meat on non buttered side, using 4 ounces for smaller sandwich, and 8 ounces for large. Add cheese, mustard, pickles, and onions to taste.
  2. Grill sandwich until toasty and crisp. Serve warm with chips if desired.
