Beat egg whites cream of tartar and salt in a mixing bowl until foamy. Gradually add the sugar, beating on high until stiff peaks form that are strong enough to support an egg. Spread evenly in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Bake at 275 degrees F for an hour, then turn off oven without opening the door and let it sit in the cool oven for 12 hours.
For the filling, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then gently fold in cream and marshmallows.
Spread over the meringue and chill for 4 hours.
For the topping, combine the pie filling, strawberries and lemon juice then refrigerate until ready to serve.
