In a small bowl, mix the oregano, salt, lemon pepper and pepper. Gently rub the mixture into chicken.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and brown the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Then place the chicken in a slow cooker.
Saute the lemon juice, garlic, wine and bouillon til the garlic starts to turn golden, then pour the mixture and the water over the chicken in the slow cooker.
Cover, and cook on High for 3 hours, or Low for 6 hours.
15 to 30 minutes before the end of the cook time, add the parsley to the slow cooker.
