Hot Dogs

Ingredients

  • 2 hot dog buns
  • 2 hot dogs
  • 1/2 C sweet peppers (optional)
  • 1/8 C onion (optional)
  • 1 tsp mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or barbecue grill to medium heat, then add a teaspoon of oil or butter.
  2. When the pan is hot, put on the hot dogs and any chopped sweet peppers and/or onions you may want to add on.
  3. Roll the hot dogs every 2 minutes til all sides get a slight sear, then tent the hot dog buns over each hot dog. Put a lid on the pan to trap the heat and warm the buns. After another 4 minutes It should all be ready.
  4. I like mine with grilled sweet peppers, sun dried tomatoes and a spicy mustard.
