Ingredients

  • 3 C vanilla ice cream
  • 3 oz eggnog
  • 3/4 oz white creme de cacao
  • 1 1/2 oz rum

Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth and pour into a parfait glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a few drops of green creme de menthe and a cookie.
