Cornbread casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 C cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients (don’t drain the corn) and bake at 350F for around an hour, or until the top is a little brown and a fork comes out clean.
