Instructions
- Bring water to light simmer, then add tea and spices. Simmer for 10 minutes then pour through strainer into a pitcher.
- Refrigerate to cool, then pour over ice for iced tea. Alternatively you can drink it hot.
- Add sugar and milk or cream to taste.
