Italian Vegetable Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 C broccoli florets
  • 1/4 C chopped tomatoes
  • 2 parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Place the zucchini and broccoli florets in a steamer pot over boiling water, steam for 5 minutes and allow to cool.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  3. Portion out in an ice cube tray and freeze for later use.
