Slice apple into 1/4 inch slices and place flat on cutting board. Pipe a small spiral of peanut butter on the apple slices for a snail shell look. You can do this by putting some peanut butter in a ziplock bag, cutting the corner off the bag, and squeezing the peanut butter through the corner.
