Hawaiian Pizza Bites

Ingredients

  • 24 slices canadian bacon
  • 1/2 C marinara
  • 1/2 C pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 C mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the canadian bacon, two slices thick for each pizza "crust". Add a thin layer of marinara, then some pineapple chunks, then grated mozzarella.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes, then increase temperature to broil and continue for about 3 more minutes.
