Apple Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp granola
  • 1 apples

Instructions

  1. Core and slice the apple into rings just under a half inch thick.
  2. Spread peanut butter over one side and sprinkle granola on top.
  3. Top with another apple ring, sandwich style.
  4. Alternatively, you can cut the apple into wedges to be dipped in peanut butter and granola individually.
