Instructions
- Core and slice the apple into rings just under a half inch thick.
- Spread peanut butter over one side and sprinkle granola on top.
- Top with another apple ring, sandwich style.
- Alternatively, you can cut the apple into wedges to be dipped in peanut butter and granola individually.
