Apple Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250.
  2. Slice apples with a mandolin so they are VERY thin. Place in a bag with the cinnamon and sugar and shake to coat both sides.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake for 1 hour.
  4. Flip slices over and bake another hour.
  5. Transfer apple chips to a wire rack until cooled and crispy.
