sugar

cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250.
Slice apples with a mandolin so they are VERY thin. Place in a bag with the cinnamon and sugar and shake to coat both sides.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake for 1 hour.
Flip slices over and bake another hour.
Transfer apple chips to a wire rack until cooled and crispy.
