Ingredients

  • 32 oz tub yogurt
  • 1/2 C chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 C diced fresh fruit (optional)
  • 1/8 C sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take your favorite flavored yogurt (strawberry is a big hit with the kids) and scrape it all into a ziplock bag. Keep the tub for later storage. Squeeze the air out of the bag and zip it shut. Cut about a 1/4" triangle off the corner of the bag.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and squirt out a dot of yogurt about the size of a quarter, spacing them about an inch apart.
  3. At this point you can add sprinkles to the top, chocolate chips or tiny cubes of fresh fruit. If you're feeding these to toddlers be aware of a potential choking hazard if your adding chunks of anything to the yogurt.
  4. Freeze for at least an hour on the baking sheet, then you can scrape them off the sheet and place in the yogurt container and put them back in the freezer to grab and go as you wish.
