Gin and Tonic

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 4 fl oz tonic
  • 1 lime wedge

Instructions

  1. Place ice in a tall, narrow glass with the ice coming near the top.
  2. Pour gin and tonic over the ice. Stir well with a long-necked spoon.
  3. Garnish with lime wedge, and serve immediately.
