Papaya Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 C greek yogurt
  • 1 papaya
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 4 cubes ice
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the papaya in half lengthwise, then using a teaspoon, scoop out the black seeds and discard. Use a small sharp knife to cut the flesh away from the skin of each half. Discard the skin and slice the flesh into cubes.
  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Add more ice as needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom or cinnamon.
