Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 C plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1 C ice
  • 1 mango
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut a mango into small cubes. This is done by cutting the mango lengthwise 4 times around a rectangle where the seed is. Then take each segment and cut a line to the skin of the mango in a hash pattern. Scoop out the pulp against the skin with a spoon.
  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Garnish with mint, or dried fruit.
