Ingredients

  • 1 C milk
  • 32 oz caned sliced peaches in heavy syrup
  • 1 C self rising flour
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/2 C butter (unsalted)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, sugar, and milk. Cut the cold butter into the mixture and set aside.
  2. Spread peaches, including syrup, evenly around the pan. Pour mixture on top.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes, until the crust turns golden brown. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
