Mixed Greens and Cranberry Salad

sweet peppers
Instructions
- Slice the sweet peppers into 1 inch strips, discarding seeds and veins.
- Cut the tips off the broccoli head and chop to bite sized pieces.
- Rinse the vegetables and salad greens together and allow to drain.
- Combine in a large bowl with cranberries on the side so they don't get lost at the bottom of the salad bowl. Use a vinaigrette dressing.
