Ingredients

  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 8 oz champagne
  • 2 cocktail cherries
  • 4 oz gin
  • 1 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Juice the lemons and set aside. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Shake gin, lemon juice, and sugar in a cocktail shaker until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into 2 champagne flutes.
  2. Top with Champagne. Stir gently, garnish with a long, thin lemon spiral and a cocktail cherry each.
