Combine all the spices in a medium bowl. In a separate medium bowl whisk the eggs, heavy cream, and 2 teaspoons of the spice mix. Add the bread crumbs to the spice mix bowl and whisk well to evenly distribute.
Set a large stockpot over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil, and preheat the oil to 360 degrees F.
To bread the shrimp, let them soak for up to 5 minutes in the egg mixture. Then remove the shrimp and toss in the bread crumb mixture, evenly coating the shrimp and then setting aside. Repeat the process til all the shrimp are coated.
Place the breaded shrimp in the hot oil in batches, and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the shrimp from the hot oil using a slotted spoon and drain on a paper-lined sheet pan. Serve hot.
