Vegan Sweet n Spicy Chili

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pot
- Chop the onion and garlic. Mix onion, garlic, and crushed green chilies into pot and sauté for 2 minutes
- Add vegan beef crumbles and soy sauce and heat until cooked through
- Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder and pumpkin pie spice
- Stir until well-combined.
- Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish with grated cheese, sour cream, and green onions
