Breakfast BLT Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 lettuce
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bread
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 bacon

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon til nice and crispy and either fry one egg or scramble two eggs.
  2. Toast the bread and spread mayonnaise on a side of each slice.
  3. On a slice of toast add 2 scrambled eggs or 1 fried egg and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Add another slice of toast, then lettuce, a thick slice of tomato, the cooked bacon, and top with the last slice of toast.
  4. Secure the layers with toothpicks and cut the sandwich in half.
