Garlic Fries

Ingredients

  • 8 garlic
  • 1 Tbsp butter (unsalted)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1 1/2 lb potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Combine potatoes and oil in a large zip-top plastic bag, then seal bag and toss well to coat.
  3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes then turn the fries and bake another 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  5. Heat a large nonstick skillet over low heat. Add butter and garlic to pan and cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Add potatoes and parsley to butter mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
