Steamed Broccoli with Toasted Red Pepper and Garli

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 6 C broccoli
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 3 garlic
  • 1/4 C water

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add broccoli, kosher salt, crushed red pepper, and sliced garlic. Sauté 2 minutes.
  3. Add 1/4 cup water, cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 2 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
