Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and bring to a gentle boil for 10 minutes.
- Pour into three six quart jars and stir gently to remove bubbles. Seal in jars and cook in hot water bath for 10 minute.
- You can make this a chunky or smooth salsa by the size of your chopped vegetables. You can make it a very smooth salsa by pureeing the vegetables.
