Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 eggs
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1/2 C breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 C parmesan

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand, then roll meatballs to about the size of a golf ball.
  2. Drop raw meatballs into large pot of marinara sauce.
  3. Simmer for about 3 hours.
