Low Carb Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 oz butter (unsalted)
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp packet sweetener
  • 3 oz heavy cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 pinch sugar free dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Soften the butter in the microwave for 10 - 15 seconds then mix the butter with sweetener until completely blended. Add cream cheese, blend completely into a smooth mass. Add cocoa powder, blend completely.
  2. In a separate clean bowl whip the heavy cream til it forms peaks, then gradually add it to the rest of the mixture, folding gently to combine.
  3. Spoon into small glasses and decorate with shavings of dark chocolate. If you have the time, refrigerate for 30 mins or so and it will taste even nicer.
