Fried Risotto Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 5 1/2 oz risotto
  • 4 oz goat cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare risotto as directed on package. Chill 1 hour. Roll into balls.Put goat cheese (marble sized amount) on top and push into center making a ball. Fry in olive oil until golden brown.
