Soft Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 C water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Bring the water and salt to a rapid boil.
  2. Prick the bottom (wider end) of the egg with an egg pricker and gently lower each into the boiling water with a spoon. Boil eggs for exactly 6 minutes.
  3. Prep a bowl of ice water. As soon as the timer goes off, scoop the eggs out of the water and place them in the ice bath to cool for 2 minutes. Crack and enjoy.
