Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • 2 C ice
  • 1/2 C rum
  • 1/2 C coconut cream
  • 1/4 C coconut milk
  • 1/4 C pineapple chunks
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Instructions

  1. Fill blender halfway with ice cubes. Add the rum, coconut cream, coconut milk and pineapple chunks and puree till well blended.
  2. Serve, garnished with a slice of pineapple and maraschino cherry, if desired.
