Ingredients

  • 1/3 C soy sauce
  • 1/2 C olive oil
  • 1/3 C fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 C worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients by hand or in a blender. Place meat in a large sealable container or plastic bag and pour marinade over meat into container. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours, the longer the better.
